These include Award-winning Catch & Sea®, Coast & Country, Heart & Soul of Portrush; guests exclusively engage with our local producers and learn of the journey of food from field/sea to fork, with the opportunity to actively engage with, and taste, award-winning produce. They will savour local ingredients combined in sensilicious menus accompanied by local beers, ciders and spirits, including a tasting of whiskey from the World’s oldest licensed distillery.
New in 2021 will be “Field to Fabric”, the story of flax and the food that grows alongside, as it journeys from the field to its incorporation in fabrics used by fashion houses including Alexander McQueen and Chanel. Guests are sustained on this experience by stops with some of our best artisanal food producers, brewers and chefs.
We will also launch Connoisseur Coast & Country, an overnight experience in which guests taste and savour our full range of award-winning food whilst visiting their local sources.
We partner with the best of local producers and accommodation providers to provide exclusive menus and tastings whilst they hear the story of producer and produce whilst they enjoy vistas that have hosted events such as The 149th Open, The Northman, Game of Thrones, Dracula Untold, World Police & Fire Games and World Surfing Championships.
